Last Friday was my final day of full-time employment as an IT supervisor. I voluntarily left my job to start a new career and help Tracy with Catena Comics, the business. I’ll post more about that when we’ve finished up our last big project (towards the end of April). Please wish us happy vibes and lots of good luck!

Treiss is saying “flower, cat, fork, clock, apple!” or something along those lines.

A little tail-pull sets things straight.

Perhaps Mama didn’t like being called Babushka after all? Their relationship looks to be “complex”.

A long while ago I noticed that we had a small Russian audience so I thought it might be fun to try some international humor. It’s harder than you’d think. Words are very tempermental! Hopefully I haven’t completely lost everyone along the way. Things will get normal again with the next comic – at least as “normal” as they ever get in Catena.

If you’ve been e-mailing me in Russian, chances are good that Google Translate didn’t do a good enough job for me to reply. Sorry if you don’t get a response. I’m a native English speaker living in the US, so… I don’t speak any Russian at all. :)

A lot of people were asking why Treiss and her Mom got off with such an interesting greeting.

I think they’ll settle down in a bit.  Maybe they’re too much alike and don’t want to admit it?

March is finally here and I think I actually saw the sun yesterday. Some changes are coming in April, but I’ll talk about those a bit later. I think you’ll like what’s coming up.
