Mama appears to be more than we thought.
I wonder if Treiss will wear her new dress?
I wonder if Hank will ever get out of that tree?
I wonder if anyone noticed that Papa ate all the ice cream?
I’ve started advertising Catena on other comic sites again. Welcome new people! We update on Mondays! If you don’t know what’s going on, just click the archives link at the top and start at the beginning. Catena is meant to be somewhat random fun for an otherwise dreary Monday morning. We will have printed comics, but it’s going to be later in the year before they pop up. We want to add extra pages to the printed comics so that people who have already read the online version will still get something new.
I set up some basic filters for the comments on the bottom of the page. I’ve flagged most of the nastier invectives for automatic moderation. So if you say something particularly saucy, chances are it’ll end up in my queue before it’s routed back to the comments page with little ****s replacing your best words. Let’s try to keep it relatively clean. ![]()
In less comic-related news, I started playing a rogue-like game called “Dungeon Crawl: Stone Soup“. My last character lasted quite a while until he somehow lost the ability to cast spells, could no longer heal himself, and ended up dying at the hands of a bolt trap. Man – he had a disintegration wand and everything.
I also played a pretty good chunk of Team Fortress 2 so I could pick up a bunch of the new items Valve added a while back. I got the Eyelander, the Gunboats, the Pain Train, the Equalizer, and the Direct Hit. I still need the Buff Banner, the Chargin’ Targe, the Homewrecker, and a whole bunch of hats. When I get to play, I tend to go for Pyro, Sniper, or Engineer. I try not to play too often though – it’s really an addictive game!
Have a good one!
